Sandy Personal Training

I build bodies but I am not a bodybuilder. I am a simple, passionate, driven, grounded person who lives to thrive and teach others how to do it.

I was not blessed with the great opportunities. But I was very determined to be my best and guide others to be their best. So, in 1999 I moved to CA and began an endless journey to study the best in the field of nutrition, wt loss, strength training, rehabilitation, exercise physiology and behavior modification. I applied everything I learned while training with many commercial and corporate companies. I would work 10 to 12 hours a day 5-7 days a week. I also went to college to be a physical therapist.

By 2005, a had enough of school, corporate gyms, as well as, big and small box gyms. So, I started my own private coaching practice to devote more time to clients and to develop my own creative and effective programs. Here each client had ideal setups of workouts, music, temperature, privacy, and a comfortable, motivating environment. It was impossible for clients to not thrive.

After taking some time off due to covid and resigning from another hindering big box gym, I am re-engaging to do what I know will achieve people's goals fastest. At Sandy Personal Training, I am bringing the same successful private one on one approach to help you thrive too. You will have a tailored program that you will enjoy while saving you time, money and energy.
